I’ve always been passionate about anything beauty, and creativity. Over the years I've taught myself to do makeup, nails, hair styling, and wig making, I’ve developed my skills through dedication, passion, and a love for the beauty world. From a young age, I was inspired by the beauty industry, driven by imagination, and the desire to make the world a more beautiful, and joyful place for everyone.

Growing up, I often felt excluded from the beauty world, as the glamorous images in magazines and on TV didn’t reflect people like me. I longed to belong to the “club” of beautiful people, but it seemed there was no place for those who looked like me. Still, my fascination with makeup, skincare, hair, and fashion never wavered, even though many products were not designed with people like me in mind. This lack of inclusivity left me feeling alienated, but it also fueled my desire to push for more diversity within the beauty industry. I believe everyone deserves to feel confident and, beautiful, no matter their skin tone, hair texture, features or race.

For years, I distanced myself from the beauty industry, feeling as though there wasn't a place for me. While others wore makeup in high school, I focused on taking care of my skin, and wore nothing but lip gloss. However, many years later, the beauty industry found me again, although I was very uncertain of where I fit in, thankfully I eventually realized that I had always belonged, and that I have always been beautiful inside, and out. This revelation inspired me to embrace my beauty, and love myself just the way I was made, even if I had to create space for myself within the beauty industry.

So I embraced this revelation, and I taught myself everything I could about all things beauty, constantly seeking knowledge, and constantly taking courses to continue my passion for always learning more about my crafts. My passion eventually led me to work at the top beauty store in the world, a career I never imagined for someone like myself. I loved helping people discover amazing beauty products, and sharing my tips, and tricks with every customer. But as much as I loved my career, I also recognized the need for more inclusivity in the beauty industry even inside the world's top beauty store . Too often, I had to turn people away because the products didn’t meet the needs of everyone. It broke my heart to see so many people excluded from a world I loved so passionately.

Now I'm determined more than ever, to make a difference in the beauty industry with my beauty brand, I promise to advocate for inclusivity, and representation within the beauty industry, and I will always seek products that cater to a wider range of skin tones, hair types, and beauty needs within my beauty brand. I truly feel everyone deserves to feel beautiful, and confident, and I’m committed to making that a reality for all, one beauty product at a time.
